Privacy Policy

Effective August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fever Sleeves LLC dba Little Columns (“Little Columns,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Frisket Cloud and related sites, software, and features (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, personalize, operate, secure, troubleshoot, support, analyze, develop, evaluate, and improve the Service; process payments and paid credits; communicate with you; prevent abuse; and comply with law. Subject to applicable law, improvement may include automated analysis, human or contractor review, and model training using customer content or samples derived from it. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use or that you do not want processed as described here.

3. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your email address, name, and Google account identifier. If you connect Google Sheets, Frisket accesses only the spreadsheets and data needed for the feature you choose and may read or write them at your direction. We store connection tokens in encrypted form.

Google user data is used only to provide and secure the user-facing Google-connected feature. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used for general model training. Frisket’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we share information

We share information when needed with service providers that operate the Service, including Hetzner for hosting; Cloudflare R2 for object and backup storage; Modal for hosted media or model processing; Stripe for payments; Resend for email; Sentry for diagnostics; Plausible for aggregate web analytics; connected services such as Google and Slack; and model or AI providers selected by you or used by a feature. Model providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, or an underlying provider reached through OpenRouter. Their own terms may govern their processing.

We may also share information with professional advisers; at your direction; to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We may use and share aggregated or deidentified information where permitted by law. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Web analytics and cookies

We use necessary cookies or similar storage for sessions, security, preferences, and OAuth state. Our public pages use Plausible to measure aggregate page views and referral or campaign information. Plausible is configured without cookies or persistent visitor profiles. We do not send Plausible customer content, prompts, outputs, email addresses, or account, organization, or project identifiers.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and improve the Service, protect it, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Deleted projects have a seven-day recovery period; backup copies are ordinarily retained for about 30 days. You may request account deletion at privacy@littlecolumns.com. We may retain billing, security, audit, and legal records as required or reasonably necessary. Aggregated, deidentified, or information already incorporated into model improvements may persist where permitted by law.

7. International processing

We offer the Service worldwide and may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. To make a request, email privacy@littlecolumns.com. We may verify your identity before responding, and legal exceptions may apply.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and choosing appropriate content to submit.

10. Age requirement

The Service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Service and law change. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
